Have you ever come away from a meeting feeling frustrated by how little has been achieved or not feeling you were heard?  In this workshop we explore the ways people behave in meetings and how this can affect outcomes.  We will further explore strategies for ensuring your communications are clear and effective and reflect on the importance of listening.
